Refund policy

Returns
We are very sorry but due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns for refunds. The FDA prohibits the resale of any products that are considered drugs. We can accept the return of merchandise, however, because the product will need to be destroyed we are unable to refund you for the product return.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@tcmaxcompany.com. We may accept digital image of damage so you do not have to mail item back. Please contact us for details. We don't accept returns on gift items.

Shipping
To return your product without a refund you can choose to do so and we will dispose of your item for you. Please mail your product to:
